I have worked in catering and craft service for more than fifteen years.  I use a 24-foot location truck (Chevrolet 30 Step-Van) equipped with generator, freezer, and refrigerator, varied cooking options and extensive storage as well as an extended van.  My kits are individually tailored to meet the needs of each job including high-end green room and extras by the hundreds.  I am very familiar with industry needs and standards for craft service and catered meals.

CRAFT SERVICE:  I specialize in providing a varied craft table with special attention to the many needs and preferences of production, crew and talent including: vegan/vegetarian, Atkins diet, kosher, diabetic, and ad infinitum.  I provide personalized care and attention for everyone on a set.

CATERING:  Catered meals  (pre-call breakfasts, lunches and second/courtesy meals) are available for very small as well as very large crews with many extras.  Whenever possible, meals are prepared on site to provide fresh high-quality service.  Varied menus and multiple choices are available.  Every project is given individual planning and attention. 

I have provided both craft service and/or catering on hundreds of projects including commercials, videos, photo shoots,  television and feature films.  My personal work history includes a business degree plus many years of corporate employment requiring project and personnel management.
